The approach we apply to the expert consulting process for control centers is based on the international standard ISO 11064, which establishes the foundation for ergonomic design in control centers. Thus, we aim to improve the health, safety and well-being of operators by reducing their fatigue, stress and risks. Our consulting process is divided into 6 phases:

Presentation of needs and briefing design
We start communicating with the client to understand their requirements, so can we develop the Design Brief, which summarizes the environmental needs of the space, the technical furniture and the AV systems for the control center. After being it adjusted and validated by the client, the final document is created.

Report on distribution and ergonomic environmental requirements
This is an essential phase for the development of the entire project, in which we combine the proposal of the client with our team's to create the control center layout. We also prepare a report on the environmental and ergonomic requirements of the space and compile a bill of materials.

Space design
With the layout approved and the operators' needs agreed upon, we generate the interior design proposal for the space based on the proposed materials list and aligned with the Design Brief. The client can then view the design and suggest modifications using 3D renderings.

Technical furniture
Essential to the control center, we generate the technical documentation and datasheets of different control consoles based on the needs of the control center and its operators. In addition, we develop ergonomic designs for the vertical and horizontal viewing of the operator workstation screens and the room's video wall.

Acoustic and lighting study
In phase 5 we carry out the theoretical acoustic and lighting study of the space based on the dimensions and materials proposed before and with the results obtained, we analyze again whether these materials are suitable to comply with the ISO 11064 standard.

3D Renders
With the control center design approved and the materials and technical furniture chosen, it's time to deliver the final designs in 3D renderings so the client can visualize the real final result and approve the project.
