On November 11, the 18th edition of the E-TECH Awards organized by the Association of New Technology Companies of Girona was held in Girona (Spain), with our new Smartconsole winning the E-TECH Award for Digital Transformation.
This new control console seeks to revolutionize the market for technical furniture for control centers by offering operators a unique user experience. New key functionalities in the daily operations of the operational position through the integration of technology allow optimizing the efficiency of operators.
Mitigating the negative effects that working hours in 24/7 critical environments can have on the health of workers was one of the objectives the team sought to achieve with Smartconsole. Thus, it is very significant and a source of pride for the GESAB design team to have received an award for integrating IoT and AI functionalities to improve the comfort, ergonomics and safety of operators in the critical workplaces of the control centers.
